Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GameCup, operated by OXS Bilişim. By using GameCup you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the app's store rating in your region to use GameCup. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your account & conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Do not harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others; do not post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with the service or other players.
• We use automated and manual moderation. You can block and report other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Virtual chips

Chips are a limited, revocable license to a virtual item with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, and are for use inside GameCup only. Purchased chips never affect ranking or matchmaking.

Purchases & subscriptions

• Chip packs are one-time purchases. GameCup Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple/Google account settings.
• On mobile, purchases are processed by Apple or Google; on the web, by Dodo Payments. Refunds are handled by the respective store or provider under their policies.

User content

You keep ownership of content you create (messages, photos). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for content you post.

Disclaimers & liability

GameCup is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using GameCup and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Apple App Store

For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and OXS Bilişim, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. The Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless local law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms and will change the "Last updated" date above.
